Refund Policy

All unused, unopened toilet paper products purchased on the website support return application within 60 calendar days from the official order delivery completion date. Return applications submitted after the 60-day window will be automatically rejected without exception.
Once returned parcels are received, inspected and confirmed to meet return standards by our warehouse team, full or partial refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 natural working days. The arrival time of funds in user payment accounts depends on third-party payment platform processing rules, which is beyond our control.
Original outbound shipping fees are fully waived for all global orders per worldwide free shipping rules. Users bear all return logistics shipping fees; we do not provide return shipping subsidies for any regions.
All approved refunds are exclusively issued in United States Dollar (USD). Currency exchange rate differences generated during cross-border fund arrival will not be compensated by our company.
Opened, damaged, damp or resale-ineligible toilet paper products; orders marked as abandoned by logistics carriers; customized bundled toilet paper combo orders are excluded from full refund eligibility.
For orders with multiple product units, users can apply for partial returns of unused individual units without canceling the entire order.
